Pricing

Pricing is about the number of people and timing:

Main season (15th june - 15th sept.):
2-4 people 80 Euro/day
5 people 95 Euro/day
6 people 110 Euro/day

Surfer season (16th sept. - 14th march):
2-4 people 60 Euro/day
5 people 85 Euro/day
6 people 90 Euro/day

Spring season (15th march - 14th june):
2-4 people 70 Euro/day
5 people 85 Euro/Tag
6 people 100 Euro/day

For all booking there's a flat fee for service and cleaning of about 70 Euro once. The bed will be cleaned once a week. Minimum booking 7 days and 130 Euro caution when you receive the keys. 50% of the booking costs must be wired in advance to avoid 'No Shows'. Payment can be done to bank accounts in Germany or Portugal.

Important: Since 2008 holiday appartments in Portugal MUST have a license! We did the right thing and have that license, see menu item LICENSE! If you compare other appartment, please ask also for this license!
